Malcolm has spent his entire career in and around IT and Business.

Until 2008 he was C.I.O. and a Group Director of the domestic companies of UTi Worldwide Freight Group. (at the time one of the top 20 Freight companies worldwide).

​

Before retiring from UTi, his last project was to combine the infrastructures of 9 South Africa companies. 

​

Prior to his career with UTi, Malcolm was Professor and Head of the Department of Information Systems at Rhodes University. He remains an official visiting Professor at Rhodes and serves on the Advisory Board of the Investec Business School.

Colleen's career has focused on designing integrated enterprise systems for Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

She held the position of IT.T. director with one of the premier logistics company in South Africa, where she was commissioned to design a turnkey process and system for the warehousing & delivery of secure items for the South Afican banking division. The system included an automatic sortation system and a ground-breaking mobile delivery solution and was patented worldwide, with Colleen as the registered inventor.

Her ongoing passion is to enable business strategy though innovation and excellence in IT systems.
