The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, no shower

The second bedroom has 2 3/4 beds. These may be made up as a king-sized bed if required -ask Janet to assist you.

The third bedroom has a double bed.

The second & third bedrooms share a full bathroom/shower

The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and is suitable for a teenager or 2 little ones.

There are no storage or bathroom facilities upstairs

There is a travelling cot for infants that may be used in the rooms

Our bedroom upstairs is not rented out as it contains all our personal items.

No more than 8 persons (adult and children) sleeping at the house at any time during the stay.

Smoking indoors and pets are strictly forbidden

The dining room seats 8 and the outside dining table seats 10 people

We have a DSTV satellite EXPLORA decoder installed, ready for you to bring your own smartcard

There is a TV in the lounge and in the main bedroom.

We supply an Android TV box that can be used on any of the TVs.

There are subscriptions to both NETFLIX and to SHOWMAX provided.

If you bring a hard drive with your own movies etc., plug your hard drive directly into the Android TV box.

The KODI app on Android TV box will play these for you.

There are many board games supplied for rainy days.

We have a single garage for guests' use as well as trailer port. There is further parking for 3 cars within the property.

We have an electric gate , an alarm system linked to a security company and outdoor beams for your safety.

The large patios outside offer secure outdoor living.

Please be vigilant with security at all times, as thieves are opportunistic, especially during the holiday season.

We include in the price soap, toilet paper, washing powder etc.

There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the laundry.

Any condiments in the house are available for use.

A limited number of beach chairs and a cooler box is provided.

We also have 4 loungers on the balcony -ask Janet for the cushions provided.
